Epoxy Soft Construction

The Dusty's Epoxy Soft construction bridges the gap between a conventional foam surfboard and a traditional hard longboard. Beneath the soft PE deck skin is a thin wood veneer layer surrounding an epoxy resin and fibreglass-wrapped, machine-shaped EPS core with a plywood stringer. A high-density PE skin forms the bottom layer.

This multi-layer construction provides a more responsive surfing experience while retaining the forgiving feel and durability that make a soft top surfboard so enjoyable.
