We use NZ Post & Fliway Couriers to ship your purchases nationwide.
Packages are not collected on Weekends, so orders received after 1pm Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday or available for click and collect from our store - Current Store Hours. Please confirm your order is ready before arriving at the store.
You will receive a tracking number in an e-mail once your order is dispatched from FlowState Surf + Sport in Newmarket, Auckland.

We cannot exchange surfboards or paddleboards after delivery unless we have made a shipping mistake.
