The Modern Retro PU Longboard blends timeless 1960s-inspired styling with modern construction to create a longboard that's equally at home trimming across point breaks, hanging five or simply cruising small summer waves. Designed for surfers who appreciate classic flow and effortless glide, the Modern Retro delivers authentic longboard performance with premium craftsmanship.
Available in the stunning Sky Blue and Sea Glass resin tint colourways, every board is handcrafted using premium PU (Polyester) construction. CNC-shaped Bennett foam blanks are laminated with Hexcel fibreglass and Silmar polyester resin to produce the lively flex, smooth feel and dependable durability that traditional longboard surfers love.
A generously proportioned outline and refined rocker provide excellent paddle power and early wave entry, while the long single concave beneath the nose generates lift for confident noseriding. Through the centre of the board, a flat planing surface maintains speed before transitioning into vee through the tail, allowing smooth rail-to-rail transitions and graceful, flowing turns.
Traditional 60/40 rails provide forgiveness and hold, while the classic single fin configuration encourages stylish trimming, cross-stepping and clean carving lines. Whether you're learning the art of longboarding or you're an experienced rider looking for a beautiful traditional log, the Modern Retro delivers everything you'd expect from a classic single fin.

Construction |
Polyester - PU Polyester or PU construction uses traditional materials and laminating techniques to produce a strong, reliable surfboard with high quality finishes. All polyester boards are CNC milled from the shapers files and laminated by hand using quality components such as Hexcel fiberglass, Silmar resin and Bennett foam. |
