An adjustable chin strap with quick-release buckle combines with a shock cord and toggle adjustment to help keep the hat securely in place through duck dives, wipeouts and active days in the water. The shock cord can also be attached to wetsuit zipper webbing for additional security.

Inside, a padded neoprene headband provides extra comfort, while strategically positioned mesh vents allow water to drain quickly after going underwater.
